Which platforms does Packerly run on?

Packerly is a single universal app for iPhone, iPad, and Mac, with a standalone Apple Watch app, widgets, Live Activities, and Control Center controls. It's built entirely on the latest Apple stack, so it requires iOS 26, macOS 26, or watchOS 26 and newer. One purchase covers every device.

How does sync work?

Your trips sync through your own iCloud private database. Your data stays in your iCloud account — there are no Packerly accounts and no separate servers holding your lists. Everything works offline; sync catches up when you're back.

What does the AI see?

Nothing until you turn it on. Cloud AI runs only with your explicit consent, and only on the trip context a feature needs. Camera features (Snap to Pack) and voice mode run on-device — photos and speech never leave your iPhone. Your packing data is never sold and never used to train models. And AI always merges with your list; it never replaces your edits.

What do I get for free?

One trip, and you keep it. Build the list, sort it into bags, watch the readiness ring seal, get your reminders — no account, no sign-up, no time limit. You also get a real AI-drafted list to start you off, so you can see what the conversational Copilot does — voice input, rich cards that stay in the thread, the Bag Board — before deciding anything. Packerly+ is for when you want more than one trip at a time, and unlimited AI.

What happens after the free trial?

Packerly+ starts automatically at the end of the 7-day trial. You can cancel anytime from your App Store subscription settings before it renews — no hoops. If you cancel, your trips stay on your device; you simply go back to the free one-trip tier.

Managing your subscription

• On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions, then choose Packerly.
• On Mac, open the App Store, open your account, then manage subscriptions from there.
• Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You can manage or cancel anytime in App Store subscription settings.
• Packerly is a universal purchase, so one subscription covers iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch.

Privacy & what the AI sees

Your trips and lists live on your devices and in your own iCloud. Packerly has no accounts for you to create, and the AI runs only when you consent to a feature that needs it. When that happens, it sends only the trip context that feature needs.
